THIS YEAR'S FLU CLINICS WILL BE BETWEEN 8AM AND 1PM ON THE FOLLOWING SATURDAYS... 22ND SEPTEMBER, 20TH OCTOBER AND 10TH NOVEMBER.

Please come along if :

  • You are, or will be, over 65 on 31st March 2019
  • You are pregnant
  • Have a chronic disease

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

Our health visitors are based at the Sure Start Centres and Well Child clinics are held as follows:

  • Monday 13:30 15:00 - Sure Start Centre, Manor Road, Knaresborough
  • Tuesday 09:15 -11:00 - Starbeck Sure Start Children’s Centre
